Three little animals decided to build their separate houses. The smallest pig was quick and built his shelter out of straw. The second pig was a little smarter and built his house out of branches. The oldest pig was very careful and built his house out of strong brick.
{Soon after|Not long|One day, agreedy wolf came along.{ Hewas feeling very hungry! He came up to the first pig's house and said, "Little pig, let me in!|Piggy, piggy, let me in!" The youngest pig answered, "No, no, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" But the wolf was too powerful. He destroyed the house of hay and the smallest pig ran to his brother's/friend's house.
- The hungry creature followed him and shouted again, "Little pigs, let me in!" The two animals replied, "No, no, not by the hair on our chinny chin chins!" But the wolf was too mighty. He destroyed the house of branches and both pigs ran to the largest pig's house.
- The hungry creature followed them and said, "Little pigs, let me in!" But the third pig replied, "{Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" The wolf tried to blow down the house of wood but he couldn't. He was angry. Finally, he climbed up the chimney but he fell into a pot of steaming stew and cooked himself to death.
The three brothers were safe at last. They lived happily ever after in the sturdy wood house, {learning that it is important to be careful and prepare for the future..

Discouraged, the wolf tried to climb down the chimney, but the clever third pig had a pot of boiling water waiting for him. The wolf fell into the pot and yelled in pain.
The three little pigs were safe at last! They learned that it is important to be careful and work hard. From then on, they continued to live together in their sturdy brick house.
